If you have ordered multiple items, we will do our best to ensure that they all arrive at the same time. However, this is not always possible, as different products may be shipped using different carriers. You will receive a shipment notification email once your item has been shipped.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the product has been shipped. However, if you need to make changes to your order, you can cancel it within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details. Please note that if an order is canceled more than one hour after it has been placed, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees that may apply. Additionally, if the wrong address is provided and the package is lost or otherwise unable to be recovered, the customer will bear the loss and USBYON will not replace the order or issue a refund.
