Returns and Refunds Policy for USBYON
At USBYON.COM, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make the return and refund process as easy as possible for our customers. In this article, we will discuss our Returns and Refunds policy and answer some common questions related to returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Return
We offer a 30-day guarantee from the receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Custom items are also not eligible for return unless there is a quality problem.
Proof of Purchase Required
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be in the form of an order confirmation email or a packing slip.
How to Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at Support@usbyon.com to state your problem and offer your order information, such as order number, product name, and return reason. If the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach a picture for us to learn the matter more quickly. After making sure these problems are true, customers don't need to return the product, and we will refund them.
If you want to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, please contact us via email at Support@usbyon.com to state your problem, In this situation, customers need to pay for the return shipping fee.
Refunds or Exchange Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2 days. We will refund the order fee within 3 days after we receive the parcel. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the replacement to your original address and notify you of the shipping information, including the tracking information.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@usbyon.com.
Sale Items and Gifts
Regular priced items may be refunded, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Costs
To return your product, you should mail your product to the topmost Customer Service Center Address/Return Address. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
